Rule 112
Repeal and Rescue
(1) The following rules are repealed:-
(a) Military Leave Rules, 2019
(b) Royal Military Appointment, Promotion and Other Miscellaneous Provisions General Rules, 2020
(c) Boys (Admission and Service Conditions) Rules, 2028
(d) Royal Nepalese Army (Retirement, Gratuity and Other Facilities) Regulations, 2033
(e) Royal Nepalese Army (Daily and Visiting Allowance) Regulations, 2033
(f) Rule 4 of the Military Police Regulations, 2058.
(2) Actions taken in accordance with the rules mentioned in sub-rule (1) shall be deemed to be taken in accordance with these regulations.
